In 2012, the Paris Airports (ADP) Customer Service University worked alongside KTM Advance to create a serious game for its collaborators based on Paris Airports services.

What we discovered was that the ADP collaborators themselves were unaware of just all the ADP had to offer.
“Services Gagnants,” or “Winning Serves”, is a casual game portraying various airplane passengers. The game’s structure is based on a typical passenger’s trip through the airport. The serious game is divided into levels in order to facilitate the learning process.

The Essence of Gameplay in 4 points:
1. I take the passenger’s need/s into consideration.

2. I choose the appropriate services and methods.

3. I direct my passenger towards the appropriate service.

4. I collect my stars once my passenger passes through the appropriate service.

Erwan Leroux, Project Manager – Customer Service University, tells us about the partnership with KTM Advance:

“The serious game is a useful and instructive product, one that the employees enjoy.”

“The biggest challenges were linked to the conceptualization of our need, and expressing that to KTM Advance. We spent a lot of time with the IT Director to ensure that the serious game was accessible to all the ADP employees.”
“One of the key factors of success is the innovative nature of the serious game, which attracted the curiosity of the ADP employees.”
