Within the framework of the project to transform its HR system, Dannon decided to implement an IPDR as part of its Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
– To be able to understand the IPDR functions quickly and control them easily.
– To encourage employees to have regular discussions through the new IPDR tool.
– To encourage employees to add qualitative information regularly.
The pedagogical designers at KTM Advance chose to develop a simple e-learning program to allow for quick and easy access, with characteristics accessible to a target of 1,200 people worldwide.
