The 5 Axes
Hintergrund:
The world's leading manufacturer decided in 2000 to put its corporate university online: the school 5 Axes. Reactivity, flexibility, accessibility, better transmission of knowledge and cost reductions are at the origin of this initiative.
The KTM Advance team led this programme, which has led to the worldwide online broadcastingof the university in October 2002.
The training programs, which were previously available in the form of seminars, have been fully reviewed, enriched with a scenario and media, before beeing integrated onto the WBT Manager LMS. They include all the fundamentals of the Group and associated processes (more than 60 hours of online training modules at the end of 2004). The 5 axes preceed the face to face training.
Ziele:
Train employees to corporate strategy. 3 training modules are available:
- Induction (compulsory module for every new comer)
- Production (for managers),
- Development (for managers).
Das Projekt:
The training programme has been enriched with scenarios. Each 5-axis is treated differently : pedagogical solutions, no identical activities for different modules. At launch, the user has the choice between different languages and the possibility of switching the sound on, or not.
