DanFirst
Hintergrund:
Danone is divided into 3 business units: DPLF (Danone Milk & Dairy Products), DEF (Danone Waters France) and Club (sandwiches & snacks). Each business unit is responsible for training its sales force.
Ziele:
The objective of the program is to train sale representatives in the company culture and products.
KTM proposed to handle this by:
Creating a quiz, "DanFirst"
• including a quiz motor for generating random quizzes from a database of questions conceived in concert with Danone
• & an interface and function based on the French television game show "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire."
Das Projekt:
The environment is based on the game-show "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire." After choosing their business unit on the homepage, then selecting a quiz, the learner goes to the quiz interface itself. The quiz interface includes a timer, wildcards (which freeze the activation time), & a scoring gauge. If the learner gets the answer wrong he goes back to the quiz choice screen, unless he has first chosen a number of lives ranging from 1 to 3, in which case he can re-take the quiz without having to go through the quiz choice screen (like in an arcade-style game).

The mascot displays the final score when a wrong answer is given. If the learner is still "alive" he can re-take the quiz, otherwise this score is shown on the quiz choice screen.

"Dan First" is also a quiz editor, which allows you to edit or create questions. There are 5 models of questions: image multiple choice, text multiple choice, drag and drop map of France, drag and drop text (definitions), drag and drop with a pie-chart (for example, used for market share).
