A Serious Game for Sales Collaborators

Disney Stars is the training program created for the 100,000 European travel agents promoting Disney® leisure destinations.
The DisneyStars managing team wished to create a new strategy in order to hire, train and reward European travel agents.

Game Objectives:
– To discover and assimilate all the products and services available on-site at the resort.
– To learn how to lead a sales interview, and offer an optimal package according to the client profile.
Experts were consulted to create this serious game that includes 123 product-cards and sales pitch-cards. The resort is entirely in 3D.
