Within the framework of the launch of its new sourcing tool, Total wanted to offer an e-learning course that would be complementary to classroom training.
– To reduce the amount of time spent in the classroom.
– To build on the pedagogical objectives put across in the classroom training, increasing expertise rather than discovering the basics.
– To maintain the current activity on the tool, and allow greater access to the tool for all the trainees.
KTM Advance created an accessible e-learning course that serves as a complement to traditional classroom training.
We opted for a device that would let players move freely throughout this support tool to avoid trainee exasperation due to an excessively rigid teaching strategy.
The content is a review of sourcing basics, in parallel with their application in this easy tool.
