INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER FOR ENGINEERING e-LEARNINGs

MISSIONS : Design e-Learning modules aimed at engineers

Build Content Reference Documents (pedagogical objectives, key messages) of technical subjects with our customer experts

– Analyze and describe customer needs related to content
– Extract underlying meaning from technical documents
– Understand stakes of the subject matter
– Link Pedagogical objectives with operational/business objectives
– Prioritize objectives

Design e-learning architectures in line with customer expectations

– Propose e-learning concepts and pedagogical approaches
– Categorize pedagogical objectives in meaningful chapters of content
– Build e-learning architectures within a given module duration

Write compelling storyboards for e-learning modules

– Design interactions which serve pedagogical objectives
– Understand the possibilities and limits of our in-house e-learning engine to write appropriate interactions
– Focus on the pedagogical ‘storytelling’ of the module to keep the audience engaged

Work with the development team to produce the e-learning modules

– Collaborate with developers, artists, project managers, to deliver quality modules
– Respect deadlines given by the project manager
– Make sure the quality of the modules fits with the customers’ expectations

SKILLS

– Excellent communication and written skills in French and in English
– Ability to explain complex technical issues simply
– Knowledge of active learning theories and methodologies
– Customer focus, ability to work with customer experts
– Ability to work in a time-constrained and multi-projects environment
– Good understanding of e-learning methodologies and development techniques
– Ability to be rigorous and synthetic
– Team mindset

WORK EXPERIENCE

– Minimum 3 years in a similar position
– Minimum 5 years of professional experience (ideally in the industry)

Status : CDI Rémunération : 30 à 45 Keuros (selon profil)
