The Scientific Communications and Training Department wanted to develop a training module for the international launch of Nuxellence Jeunesse.
– To accompany the product release with an exciting training program.
– To broadcast the message of the product’s innovation.
– To guide beauty consultants so they can talk about Nuxellence and its effects on the skin.
– To role-play with reluctant clients and know how to persuade them.
– To transmit the NUXE values.
This training module involves three main characters in the NUXE graphic universe. The module is divided into three 20-minute episodes, each episode offering three or four teaching activities (videos, activities, games). Beauty experts with a minimum success rate of 75% receive a free NUXE gift.
