5 years in the making, Gedeon is the product of the experience we have acquired on more than 40 e-learning projects. Our goal was to create a tool that would enable our clients to collaborate directly with our production teams.

Developed in concert with our production process, Gedeon automates a number of production tasks, allowing for a 50% gain in productivity, and guarantee you a product that is 100% bug-free.

Gedeon also plays a large part in quality control and the validation process, automatically generating storyboards and detailed actor's scripts for pre-production validation, and step by step technical elements (Flash templates) that you define with the developer and validate before the production process begins.

With Gedeon, storyboarders, scenarists & training managers can now use one common tool:

• to create & manage a new course;

• to create training activities & content;

• to test the courses created using a built in simulator;

• to generate detailed course documentation - storyboards, scripts, & developer's instructions in either .doc or .html format;

• to centralise all training files in one easily-accessible location;
  

• To generate the course in Flash Macromedia format (.swf) and upload them for end user access;

• to modify or update the content of courses already available online (screen backgrounds, on-screen text, help and error messages), without having to recompile the Falsh animations.

For the production team:

• Gedeon automatically generates all the technical elements needed for a particular course, & prepares the development environment for the Flash programmers;
  

• courses generated by Gedeon can be used immediately, without any further development necessary;
  

• programmers can, however, include additional interactivity & actoin to the technical elements generated by Gedeon;

• Gedeon includes a delivery function that enables developers to prepare a bug free final delivery of your training program.

BLUE

Blue is built around a minimal functional core that is adaptable to industry standards (AICC and SCORM), & can be adapted to seamlessly fit the look and feel of your learning project.

Blue's basic functions include:

• Statistics by type of content

• The creation of learner-groups or standard training paths

You can centralise & disperse training directly from Blue, or use it to track distance learners using automatic synchronisation of tracking information with the platform.
