Understanding PSA's Commitment to Functional Quality

PSA has applied a Functional Quality (QAU) approach to its jobs and projects for nearly two years now. As the level of familiarity with the Functional Quality concept seemed to vary greatly among the employees according to their position, PSA decided to develop a training course about its approach to Functional Quality.

Training Program Objectives?

– To provide a basic level of information about the Functional Quality approach.
– To inspire trainees to read the procedure and check their own understanding of it.
– To allow trainees to carry out necessary arbitrage for themselves in a professional situation.
– To structure the positions dealing with Functional Quality (as a concept, as a project).

Our teaching experts created a “drawer” approach to this program in order to avoid information overload (as there is a great amount to process). The training program is presented as a main menu with five themes, and a secondary menu with two to five sub-themes. Free navigation among the various steps and themes is possible and encouraged.
