Moonshield is a management/strategy game which projects the player into the near future, where he or she will have to use signature Thales technologies to defend the Earth from a deadly meteor shower that could destroy all civilization. As commander of Moonshield, the player can call on all the scientific resources of the Thales group (presented in short video sequences in the game) to help him or her make the best possible decisions.
Nearly two years later, the online versio of Moonshield is still a hit with more than 400,000 games played worldwide since October 2008.
Moreover, Thales has registered more than 100,000 referrals to from the game site (http://www.moonshield.com) to the Thales Group Recruitment website (http://www.jobs.thalesgroup.com).
