Analysis of a branch and its environment
In 2005, IFCAM (Credit Agricole) tasked KTM to adapt an existing training program, created by the ICF department. The objective of this program was to provide the learner with the methodology he needed to carry out a diagnosis of a Credit Agricole branch and its environment.
