Recent changes at the French National Employment Agency (ANPE) engendered the need to train management-level staff.
The mission objective for KTM Advance was to find alternative solutions for training ANPE managers on a 3 to 4 day basis.
Based on KTM's recommendations, the ANPE head office decided to implement a project based upon the "learning by doing" concept.
The firts part of the project, launched at the end of 2002, was based on knowledge management.
The result was a distance guidance and training system (e-learning), as well as a system to produce instructional content (Knowledge Management).
