The Project:
As part of its 2015 growth agenda, France Télécom Orange announced the recruitment of 10,000 employees in and outside France.
In order to guarantee a seamless integration of these new arrivals, the group is in the process of putting in place a Corporate Training Program with the goal to provide a holistic view of the company. Thanks to an e-learning created by KTM Advance, every trainee will learn everything about Orange’s products and services.
Administered in both French and English, the e-learning encompasses eleven lessons about eleven products which fall either into the large public or the corporation category. For each lesson, the trainee will be placed in a dialogue situation, assist in the presentation of the offer, and answer a questionnaire at the end to assess whether or not he has fully absorbed the presentation.
