Preparing Negotiation Talks Using Blended Learning

To improve the effectiveness of traditional training methods, Vinci decided to develop an e-learning course on negotiation, in addition to the in-class approach.

Program Objectives?
– To complement the classroom approach in order to reinforce long-term effectiveness.
– To build up professional reflexes and experience in negotiation.
– To reduce training time through a reasonable amount of teaching information and practical exercises in class.

This training program is comprised of two 30-minute modules: the first concentrates on the preparation for client negotiation, the second on negotiation itself.

Through several, short learning activities, the trainee will be exposed to and then asked to apply the different steps necessary to leading successful commercial negotiations.

Part of the module is dedicated to managing interpersonal relationships. The trainee should be able to identify with the different characters and situations. The work environment is very realistic, in both 2D and 3D.
